Movement of your body plays an important role in living a healthier and more fulfilling and energized life. I know first hand that when I was struck down with a severe back injury and not being able to take a few steps without excruciating pain for months, that the lack of movement began to affect my overall health andhugely my mental state of mind. So I’m always searching for ways to help me ensure that I’ll still be able to go surfing when I’m 60, play sports with my grandkids and just generally be able to move freely and without pain. To shed some light on the topic we have a fascinating discussion with Dr. Kelly Starrett, who is a doctor of Physical therapy, coach, author and speaker.
