I'm sure at some point you have read about or heard about the negative health impacts that may result from sitting too much, such as diabetes and heart disease. This sedentary lifestyle that so many people are locked into for most of the day results in less physical activity and there’s plenty of evidence suggesting that that’s bad for your health.
But for lots of us this is the reality of life in order to earn an income. So how can you combat sitting too much?
