Have you ever felt a sense of being a little or perhaps very lost in your life? Well most people including myself have and in this episode of TheEdTalks I chat with psychologist Daniella Princi who shines a light on how so many factors play a role in leading us to a point in our lives where we feel this emptiness and loss of connection with ourselves. Daniella unpacks many ways we can change our trajectory and begin consciously looking after ourselves to the extent that we all deserve, or simply put, allowing time for you to re-fill your cup. As usual there’s lots to take away from this episode of TheEdTalks, from ways to better deal with teenage issues, which are massive in conditioning who our kids believe they are; to what we can do to really fill our cups again and give our lives meaningful purpose.

In this episode I speak with life coach Cornelius Simon, who expresses his passion in this interview for empowering others to pursue their dreams and live life without limits. Cornelius explains in a very honest and vulnerable way how he and his wife worked through the deep struggles in their marriage and the key things that helped them overcome the tough times. We also talk about how he became disenchanted with his career and life, a common theme for so many people and he shares the strategy that he used and teaches others in order to begin a transformational journey to the life that you really want. Self work is never easy and it takes lots of effort, but this open and engaging discussion with Cornelius will help to motivate you into action and start you on a journey to a life of success and abundance.

Speaking with Dr. Carl Greer was a blast. What really makes him tick is freeing people from feeling “stuck” in their lives. As a clinical psychologist he listened to many patients tell him that they aren’t living the lives they want to be living - they work so hard but never get anywhere, they are the bridesmaid but never the bride or life has just lost its flavour.
I found it totally fascinating to learn how he uses Jungian philosophy and shamanic practices to “unlock” the reasons people feel stuck and how he helps them change their entire lives for the better by helping them “re-write” their life stories.
Dr. Greer is the author of the empowering book "Change Your Story, Change Your Life" and in this episode we explore some of the most potent pearls of wisdom in the book and how to transfer them to your own life.
The most authentic thing about us is our capacity to create, to overcome, to endure, to transform, to love and to be greater than our suffering.
